Up to $100 may be contributed in cash when received by a member registered with the Party for handling cash on its behalf.

Up to $50 may be contributed in cash anonymously at a meeting where there is a donation jar or a pass-the-hat process supervised by a member registered with the Party for handling cash on its behalf.
