Candidates bow out of BC United Kelowna—Lake Country—Coldstream nomination
Adam Wilson, former campaign manager for Kelowna Mayor Tom Dyas, and Kelowna city councillor Mohini Singh have both dropped out of the nomination process for BC United in Kelowna—Lake Country—Coldstream.
Wilson cited personal reasons, but Singh criticized a “vitriolic” process with candidates recruiting foreign students and minors to boost their support.
Candidates still in the race are entrepreneur Binny Boparai, North Okanagan Regional District vice-chair Amanda Shatzko, real estate agent Bal Grewal and restaurateur Pavneet Singh.
